SureTrain builds each course's checklist for you and tracks every result against its deadline, so nothing waits for someone to remember.

When you schedule a course, SureTrain builds its checklist: trainer, venue, materials, joining instructions and each learner's ID, Sentinel and medical checks.
The trainer app's register stays locked until the course is Ready and every mandatory pre-course check is passed.
- Evidence added by photo, upload or from the client by secure link
- Statuses in words, never colour alone
- Once locked, a pack can't be changed
Every result tracked against its 21-day deadline
Each course's 21-day results deadline is tracked from the end of the course. Results due soon are flagged before the deadline, and you can add your own on-screen reminder, 1 to 20 days after the course ends.
Late ones are clearly marked.
